I’m Rohan Nitin, and before I joined the free Coach Accelerator Programme, I was trying to achieve aiming for coaching in the elite game. Being on the free Coach Accelerator Programme helped me with learning ways to build connections, as well as finding ways to maximise my chances of getting into academy football. l’ve even been able to have a zoom call with the ex-Manchester United u18s head coach, Paul McGuinness. I’ve also managed to get on the FA Coach Mentoring Programme aswell. I’m aiming to coach in academy football in 2 years after I become a qualified pharmacist. The best thing about the Coach Accelerator Programme is the fact that on the free Programme, l’ve been given valuable football knowledge, and that Temisan is a very patient person that is more than happy to give advice on ways to get into academy football, while he’s also aware that I need to first focus on passing my university pharmacy course and becoming a qualified pharmacist in the 2 year period before I can then fully focus on trying to join academies to coach there
