I’m a UEFA C coach who is looking for more education, ideas, motivation and guidance towards developing myself into an Academy coach and goals to complete my UEFA B.  Temisan has been brilliant. Helping me with a long term plan, then making me realise it can be achieved in a shorter period. He’s given great advice, allowing me to get over hurdles l’ve faced and pushed me to challenge myself as a coach. This has lead to me having the opportunity to volunteer in an academy, the with opportunity to gain my first role in an academy too. The best part of the community for me is the interviews. A great variety of insights and experiences from top coaches. It gives me hope for my future ambitions!

I’m Rohan Nitin, and before I joined the free Coach Accelerator Programme, I was trying to achieve aiming for coaching in the elite game. Being on the free Coach Accelerator Programme helped me with learning ways to build connections, as well as finding ways to maximise my chances of getting into academy football. l’ve even been able to have a zoom call with the ex-Manchester United u18s head coach, Paul McGuinness. I’ve also managed to get on the FA Coach Mentoring Programme aswell. I’m aiming to coach in academy football in 2 years after I become a qualified pharmacist. The best thing about the Coach Accelerator Programme is the fact that on the free Programme, l’ve been given valuable football knowledge, and that Temisan is a very patient person that is more than happy to give advice on ways to get into academy football, while he’s also aware that I need to first focus on passing my university pharmacy course and becoming a qualified pharmacist in the 2 year period before I can then fully focus on trying to join academies to coach there

I’m Nick, a pre-academy coach just out of university and I am taking my next steps towards full time work in football, the community has helped already in securing more roles, I now work with and shadow older age groups, I am getting my next qualification soon and starting to get more work and upcoming interviews for new job roles. The biggest part of the community so far has been the expert insights, having connected with a few of the experts online there is endless amounts of takeaways and talks to be had around coaching to boost your own delivery and skill set as a coach

The coach accelerator community has been a massive part in my success in getting my first role inside an academy at a Cat 1 level. Temisan’s constant support and honesty with me has allowed me to reflect what I need to focus on and prioritise to get to where I want to get to in football.
