I’m a UEFA C coach who is looking for more education, ideas, motivation and guidance towards developing myself into an Academy coach and goals to complete my UEFA B. Temisan has been brilliant. Helping me with a long term plan, then making me realise it can be achieved in a shorter period. He’s given great advice, allowing me to get over hurdles l’ve faced and pushed me to challenge myself as a coach. This has lead to me having the opportunity to volunteer in an academy, the with opportunity to gain my first role in an academy too. The best part of the community for me is the interviews. A great variety of insights and experiences from top coaches. It gives me hope for my future ambitions!
